The Main Hall and Gallery
The Hub’s spectacular Main Hall, with its astonishing design, is one of Edinburgh’s best locations for banquets, celebrations, gala dinners and business events. The Main Hall is a large space, accommodating a maximum number of 300 for dinner with the stage removed, or up to 250 with the stage in place.
Vibrant colours and contemporary design, incorporating original features and modern styling, create an atmospheric and truly memorable event space. Overlooking the Main Hall on three sides is a spacious Gallery, a beautiful and exciting space in itself, ideal for pre-dinner drinks.
The Dunard Library is a good location for private dining for up to 50 guests or a reception for up to 100. In contrast to our more dramatic rooms, the Dunard Library is quietly serene and boasts original wood panelling and dazzling stained glass windows.
The Dunard Library can also be used in conjunction with the main hall for as a breakout space during an event. It features its own secret bar, hidden behind the panelling, which can be opened up to transform the room.
Cafe Hub is our modern restaurant. Situated on the ground floor it can be hired for dining events for up to 80 guests. Its vaulted ceiling, tall gothic windows and rich colours, guarantee an atmospheric and intimate setting for your event.
Cafe Hub is also an excellent place to hold a reception for up to 200 guests for larger dinners taking place in the Main Hall. This versatile, spacious room is bright and airy and its location close to the entrance, makes it perfect for receiving guests.
