A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Event/Hospitality Manager, at The Hub an iconic venue at the top of Edinburgh’s Royal Mile.
In this key, active role in our business, your responsibility will be to communicate with the client and then effectively set up and run events from initial handover from our sales team through to on the day.
You will ensure customer’s expectations are met and exceeded, in turn supporting the achievement of the venue’s budget and targets.
The ideal candidate will be hands on, have proven event experience with the ability to proactively promote this iconic venue. You will also bring with you excellent communication skills at all levels and be adept at identifying customer needs and providing solutions to match these.
You will be organised, have exceptional attention to detail and the desire to go the extra mile for our customers.
