Demi-Chef de Partie (Full Time)

£17,000 per annum

A great opportunity has arisen at The Hub, Edinburgh’s Festival Centre, for a talented Demi- Chef de Partie, to join our well established kitchen team.

We operate a busy kitchen looking after a Café restaurant, along with large banqueting events, conferences, weddings and corporate dinners.

We offer sociable working hours, no split shifts, a good holiday allowance, a company pension scheme, and development opportunities.

This is a great opening that requires a hardworking and driven chef, with ambitions to take the next step to a Chef de Partie position in the near future. You will have a keen eye for detail, as well as the capability to deliver great food in a high-intensity environment.
